Lakefront Modern Build
Collaborating with the homeowner on the design of their new home was an absolute joy! Crafting every detail to make their space uniquely theirs really brought excitement to the process. And we were there every step of the way, making it fun and stress-free. With the support of the experienced Wooddale Builders and architect Jeff Lindgren, we successfully delivered a home that they truly love!
Discover modern elegance in every corner of this new home, where clean lines and sleek symmetry define the overall design. In the kitchen, the homeowner prefers a sleek and minimalistic space. Dark wood grain cabinets, handle-free and knob-less, open smoothly with a gentle push. Even the induction cooktop on the island is discreetly integrated, almost barely noticeable at first glance.
You won't believe the kitchen island isn't marble! It is a thin porcelain that’s been mitered by Moderno, a fabrication and installation company focusing exclusively on porcelain.
The fireplace elevations were successfully executed, featuring a complimentary blend of wood and stone. The arrangement of sofas for socializing with friends and family and adjacent to the living area is a well-placed bar.
The beauty of this room is its year-round usability. During the warmer months, you can open up the pocket doors to bask in the beautiful weather and take in the scenic views of the lake.
